CASTING & COORDINATION

Talent selected for the yacht and production brief

The right cast depends on the yacht's size, guest profile, destination and intended use of the final content. A couples escape, family charter, friends' getaway and formal dining sequence each require a different balance of ages, personalities and group dynamics.

When a production requires a particular age range, group dynamic or lifestyle profile, we work with a professional model agency to identify and coordinate suitable talent.

We help coordinate talent selection, schedules, call times, wardrobe guidance, model releases and usage requirements as part of the wider production plan. Final model availability and costs are confirmed for each production.

Choose talent before the production schedule is finalized

Model availability affects travel, wardrobe, call times, meal planning, releases and the order in which scenes can be captured. Involving us early allows the cast, shot list and yacht operations to be planned together rather than treated as separate decisions.

Bring the casting brief and location plan together

Once the intended charter audience and scenes are defined, connect the casting brief to the actual yacht itinerary. Travel, embarkation, wardrobe changes and time ashore all affect how much can be captured in a day.

Share the destination and proposed schedule when discussing talent. Availability, travel arrangements and the agreed use of the photographs and film need to be confirmed for each production.

Planning questions

What location details help with casting?

Include the embarkation point, proposed dates, expected time aboard and any shore-based scenes. These details help establish travel needs and the practical schedule for the cast.

What happens if the itinerary changes?

Discuss changes as early as possible so availability, travel and scene timing can be reviewed together. Confirm the revised arrangements before relying on a new schedule.
