Burgess at Palm Beach

Boat-show content, delivered while the show is still happening.

A three-person Yachting Image team produced photography and vertical social films across two days for Burgess. Daily edits were delivered by 4:00 p.m., giving the brokerage current content to publish while clients, crews and yachts were still at the show.

The coverage followed Burgess staff at work, the hospitality on board, the yacht as a venue and the show as a whole.

How the coverage works

  1. Brief

  2. Plan

We agree a schedule around show hours and access, a shot list and a daily delivery time.

  3. Capture

Photography and vertical film are captured through each day, with room for what the show produces.

  4. Deliver

Edited selects and social films reach your team each day by the agreed time — 4:00 p.m. for Burgess.

Questions

Boat show coverage, answered

Which boat shows do you cover?

We plan boat show productions around your show and your exhibit. Tell us which show you are attending and we will confirm availability, crew and logistics during review — travel outside South Florida is quoted separately.

Can you deliver content during the show?

Yes, when it is planned in advance. We agree before the show what is delivered each day and by when — for Burgess at Palm Beach, edits were delivered by 4:00 p.m. each day — so your team can post while the show is running.

Do you need access before public hours?

Clean interiors and uninterrupted walkthrough films are much easier before or after public hours. We work with you and the show organiser's rules to schedule access; what is possible depends on the show and your exhibit.

Can you film interviews and product launches?

Yes. Interviews with designers, executives and spokespeople, and launch or unveiling coverage, are planned as part of the production so the right people, sound and setting are ready.

How do we start?

Plan your coverage with the planner or contact us with the show, dates and what you need. A member of our team reviews every request and confirms scope, crew and pricing with you.

Your next show

Publish from the show, not after it.

Tell us the show, your berth and the content your team needs each day.
