What the website provides

Images and films displayed here are web previews. Unless another creator or rights holder is clearly credited, the material is presented as Yachting Image work and remains protected by copyright. Saving, copying or sharing a file does not create a license.

How to request permission

Tell us which image or film you want to use, where you found it, the client or campaign, the channels, territory and length of use. We will confirm availability, the rights holder and the applicable terms in writing before any licensed file is supplied.

Rights for commissioned work are governed by the written production agreement and delivery terms. This public notice does not replace or expand those agreed rights.

Report possible unauthorized use

Send the page URL, a screenshot and the location of the suspected use to info@yachtingimage.com. We retain original files and production records so a claim can be reviewed against the source material.
