Production objective

No Shortcuts was photographed and filmed on 26 and 27 April 2023, at anchor and under way off Staniel Cay in the Exumas. The aim was to show the yacht as a guest uses her: the sundeck and its jacuzzi, the water toys in the shallows, the crew serving from breakfast to dinner, and the interiors as the light fell.

The production

Two days off Staniel Cay.

Aerials were flown over the anchorage and on the banks to the west, with running passes on the second afternoon. On deck and in the water the cameras followed the jacuzzi, seabobs, jet skis and towables, then moved inside for the salon and wheelhouse at blue hour and dinner service after dark.
