Crew requirements
The chef prepares and plates one of the yacht’s signature three-course dinners. The interior team styles the formal dining table, polishes glassware and cutlery, coordinates timing with the chef and performs natural dinner service.
The food, the table and the people serving it
Charter guests choose a yacht partly on its cuisine, and cuisine is the hardest thing to show. This set covers the chef at work in the galley, the formal table being laid, each course as it is plated, and the service itself — drinks made at the bar, dishes carried and set down, guests attended at the table.
For the same service in daylight, see Breakfast Hospitality. For the yacht's exterior through the same hours — deck lighting, underwater lights and the illuminated profile — see Evening Ambience.
